Tools & Supplies Request

This summer, thirteen of Concordia’s High School Youth are heading to Wassau, Wisconsin for a servant trip. On the trip, they will repair homes for families in need. The youth are required to provide their own tools and supplies. If you are willing to loan tools or donate supplies, please complete this form.

Tool & Supply Drop Off

When: July 5-July 9 from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Where: Storage Room behind the Youth Lounge

Tool & Supply Pick Up/Return

When: Beginning July 20th at 10:00 a.m. during regular church hours
