Youth Ministry Three-Year Plan
In this video message to the Concordia congregation, Director of Youth Ministry Trevor Fiala outlines a newly developed three-year strategic plan designed to cultivate lifelong disciples of Jesus. Rooted in research from LCMS Youth Ministry Director Pastor Mark Kiessling, which emphasizes seven key practices of healthy youth ministry, and insights from a recent parent survey, the initiative builds on existing strengths while addressing key areas for growth, such as faith challenges, family busyness, service opportunities, and vocational understanding. The roadmap systematically targets these priorities by focusing Year One on youth-adult connection and leadership, Year Two on deepening Bible study and family devotion resources, and Year Three on independent faith application in daily life.
