Letters of Encouragement
So encourage each other and build each other up, just as you are already doing. 1 Thessalonians 5:11
Concordia strives to be “Love Alive” by loving God, one another, and our neighbors. Throughout the current 19-week Love Letters from God sermon series, we learn a lot about God’s love for us and how we are called to go out and share that love with others. As Concordia enters the sixth week of the series, we are kicking off a new challenge for the congregation. Throughout the next four weeks, send a letter of encouragement to someone else (a friend, a relative, a co-worker, a neighbor, etc.). It’s a simple thing, but it’s a great way to share God’s love with others. Then, let us know you participated by adding a note to the Spotlight Wall on the main floor lobby. Our goal is to fill the Spotlight Wall with visual reminders of God’s love for us and our love for one another.
Follow these simple steps:
Mail or deliver a letter of encouragement to a friend, family member, co-worker, neighbor, etc.
Let us know you participated by adding a provided note to the Spotlight Wall in the church’s main lobby.
