After the loss of her husband, Diana Rooks found herself searching for something more. She was reading her Bible every day, but she still felt a deep need for connection, encouragement, and faith-filled community. That search ultimately led her back to the place she had once called home: Concordia.

This week, the students who attend our Lutheran seminaries receive their first ministry assignment—their first "Call."  Today, we offer a prayer of thanks to God for these servants newly entering the mission field.
